xiaoyong,follow your heart!September 30 about work 进入岗位后,必须尽快转变"社会角色",时时意识到自己不是一个学生,而是一名从业者,以求在工作中逐渐学会与人相处.一旦工作确定就要认真地干一段时间,争取早点干出一点成绩来,以作为个人能力的证明.工作上碰到不开心的事情或是承受很大的压力时,与其喋喋不休的抱怨环境的复杂和工作的疲劳,不如努力尽早用成绩证明自己.工作中如果不是你的份内工作,而你做了,这就是机会,同时还能培养你的工作能力,引起人们的关注,从而使自己获得成功的机遇. 如何从工作中获得快乐? 把工作当作一种创造性活动,看做一种自我满足,当作一种艺术创作,甚至是一种娱乐活动,全身心地投入进去,任何人都能从中获得快乐. August 26 work summary 2007-8-22 下午部门张经理把我单独叫出去就我两个多月来的工作表现做了一个简要的概括，
指出我工作中的不足，并诚恳地告诫我我今后无论是在保定在线还是在别的公司工作工作上都要
表现得更加积极，尤其是刚进入公司不久。他是以我的一位同事的语气同我交谈，所以我比较放
松，加上一直以来他对我们都不错，交谈很愉快，我很赞同他的许多观点，也很感谢他诚恳地指
出我工作中的不足，让我能够从过去两个多月的工作中汲取经验教训，同时感觉自己又成熟了一
点，相信这些对我今后的工作和发展会有很大帮助。
以下是我总结的六条经验教训：
一、拿到前台美工的设计后记得备份一份前台设计页面以备再用。
二、尽量完全按照前台美工的设计来添加后台代码，力求从数据库中读取记录的效果同
前台设计一致。 三、拿到前台设计后，不要急着添加后台代码，要先花几分钟仔细看看前台设计中文章标题字
数、新闻详细内容字号，对齐方式、图文混排部分图片的宽高等，这样可为今后添写、修改代码
省去不少麻烦，还能提高工作效率。
四、添加完代码后要及时认真、仔细地测试，尤其是站点后台管理系统，发现错误要及时解决
，千万不能等到信息部分的同事上来指出后台哪出问题不能正常的录入、编辑、删除信息了。
五、得到需要修改哪部分代码后要及时完成任务，改好后一定要及时告诉部门经理或信息部门
的相关负责人，切勿放在一边做自己的事而忘了及时修改或改好了放在自己电脑上一直不上传到
服务器、FTP或经理指定的地方，这样容易给人一种工作不积极的感觉。同时，改好了后还要及
时到楼下或打电话通知信息部门的同事哪哪已改好了，你试试看哪还有什么问题。
六、无论是很忙还是不忙时，工作上都要积极，一定要在先完成交给自己的任务后再自由安排

August 07 Listen the nature aspiration After six days' work and every day have to face the no feeling computer serveral hours make me a little tried of current work and not very content with current situation,though I like this job and learn a lot from this job,but all have to face and may as well find one way to relax myself,I think.Thus,every weekend I often wanna visit some places in baoding to listen the nature aspiration,the feeling world.
Today(30th,July) is cloudy,not very well,but I still wanna have a visit and see the green trees & grass and colorful flowers in Baoding Botanical Gardens,for I fond of watching the green trees & grass and there air is much cleaner. During play in the gardens with one my colleague,our one week work tried relieved soon and dwell in joy....... July 17 play in jingxiu park After busy working one week,to have a relax my two colleagues and I go to baoding jingxiu park to play.My colleagues takethe company DC and I take mine to take the park beautiful sight.During happily look around in the park,we taken lots of beautiful sight photos at the same time view the park sight. As is weekend,there are lots of people playing in the park,which make the park noisy but lively,I think.Seeing the people enjoy themselves,we also enjoy ourselves and attracted by the park beautiful sight......
